Clue on Stage
Clue on Stage will be playing live at the Oak Grove Theater from Thursday, September 9th to Wednesday, September 15th. Tickets are only available at Oak Grove Theater at the gate. Tickets go on sale at 6:30pm and are first come first serve. This whodunnit comedy is based on the popular board game and cult movie classic. Buckets to Beats: Weekend Percussion Workshop
Join Queen City Music for Buckets to Beats: Weekend Percussion Workshop at Gypsy Hill Park from Friday, August 27th, starting at 4:30pm to Sunday, August 29th. This weekend class will be focusing on groove, tone, and improvisational techniques using everyday objects. At the end of the weekend, Queen City Music and their drumming students will showcase their new found skills with a busking group. VS at Skipping Rock
VS will be at Skipping Rock on Friday, August 20th from 7pm to 10pm. Singer-songwriters Valerie McQueen Crummett, Sera Petras of the Findells, and October Thomas bring their voices together in a trio of rich harmonies. They will be performing original songs and unique covers. The Judy Chops at Generations Park
The Judy Chops will be at Generations Park in Bridgewater on Saturday, September 11th from 7pm to 9pm. West End Road Rally and Scavenger Hunt
The West End Road Rally and Scavenger Hunt is Saturday, August 21st from 11am to 2pm starting at the Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand. Participants will receive a passport and a map at the Bandstand. From there, participants will visit businesses around Staunton’s West End. There will be family activities, goodies, and giveaways at each business. At the end of the event, participants will be asked to return their passports to the Gypsy Hill Park Bandstand, where winners will be announced.
