Christmas Market
Tuesday, December 12th Staunton Innovation Hub and The Mosby Foundation are hosting a nonprofit and artisan Christmas Market from 11am-2pm. Staunton Choral Society 2023 Christmas Concert at the Blackfriars Playhouse
Sunday, December 10th at 7pm is the Staunton Choral Society 2023 Christmas Concert at the Blackfriars Playhouse. The concert is free, but donations are encouraged.

Saturdays in December
This December, The Staunton Downtown Development Association will be hosting Saturdays in December where participants can visit different downtown sites while participating in Holiday Fun. Saturday, December 2nd, Santa’s Sleigh & Reindeer will be in Candy Cane Courtyard at City National Bank (38 N. Central Avenue, Staunton). Participants will be able to climb aboard Santa’s sleigh for FREE phone photos! A special letter writing station will also be on-site or attendees can bring your letters to leave in Santa’s Mailbox! Candy cane themed activities, letter writing station and treats (while supplies last) are provided by City National Bank and Blue Ridge CASA.
Celebrate Small Business Saturday with Merry Market
Saturday, November 25th, Merry Market is kicking off its first year, celebrating Downtown Staunton, VA on Small Business Saturday. This Saturday attendees can shop local, listen to festive music, drink hot cocoa, see twinkling lights, all while and supporting small businesses in the streets of historic Staunton, Va. Shoppers will also be able to check out the gift wrapping station, vote on your favorite shop’s window lights, and try to be one of the first shoppers to enter out giveaways! Come join us in this collage-making and journaling workshop series. We will first create a collage with materials of your choosing. You will then explore the deeper layers of your collage through contemplative journaling. Annette will provide journaling prompts that can help you widen your understanding of your creation.
