Spring Chicken Salad-Off: It’s a Wrap!
The second annual WQSV fundraiser was a huge success! Ten of the most inventive chefs in the area converged on Ciders from Mars to share their chicken salad creations. Judges Gonzolo Accame, Brent Schoenduby, and Justin McBride ranked the entries based on presentation, taste, texture, name, and originality.
