We Came, We Saw, We Chicken Saladed!
Twelve of the best chefs in Staunton came together on May 14th for WQSV’s Spring Chicken Salad Off. We had cider. We had trophies. We had temporary tattoos big enough to cover your whole face!
Our awesome judges Ian Boden (The Shack), Amanda Clark (Redbeard Brewing), and Jane Firkin (Firkin Pie) ranked the entries on presentation, name, taste, texture, and originality. Steve the Painter kept the music flowing, and Randy Ruse hosted with flair.
