Guided Meditation & Journaling with Cat

Join Cat Freeman, who is a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, for a serene wind-down to your day with a guided meditation and light sound bath, followed by reflective journaling prompts to open the heart & the mind. Please bring your own journal and yoga mat and anything that will be comfortable for your practice (cushion, blanket, crystals, etc.).
